The fourth-generation owner of the renowned Ca’ Vittoria Restaurant in Tigliole, draws inspiration from his grandmother Gemma, whose innovative dishes earned a Michelin star in 1967 and continue to influence his culinary creations today. With international experience and a deep connection to his Piedmont roots, he now specializes in modern pastry and leavened goods, teaches at ICIF, and shares his expertise worldwide—from New York to Hong Kong—while cultivating tradition through his moon-phase vegetable garden.

Chinese Culinary Master

Highly respected culinary figure, chairman of Guangzhou Peninsula Investment Group, is a renowned culinary leader with dual Ph.D. degrees and over 40 years of influence in transforming China’s hotel and catering industry. As a senior Chinese chef, international culinary master, and UNESCO ambassador, he has earned numerous honors and continues to mentor top talent while promoting Chinese cuisine worldwide.

The Tour Program

This all-inclusive two-week study tour covers everything except airfare. Your package includes hotel accommodations, daily breakfast and lunch, a welcome and farewell dinner, all cooking lessons and materials, a course book and manual, and a certificate of completion. Classes run Monday through Friday with morning and afternoon sessions (each three hours with a break), while weekends are free for personal sightseeing—with optional group food tastings offered at a discounted rate.

We’re here to guide and assist with local travel arrangements, weekend plans, and visa applications if needed.

Registration and Tuition Fee

The all-inclusive tour price (excluding airfare) is USD $6,800 per person. Accommodations are available as single occupancy or shared for couples participating together. A 10% deposit is required to secure your booking, followed by 40% due 60 days later, and the remaining 50% payable in full five business days before departure.

You may cancel within five business days of booking without penalty. Cancellations made within 30 days of departure will incur a 50% penalty. After full payment, one-time last-minute rescheduling is allowed in cases of illness or unforeseeable circumstances, with a 10% rebooking fee applied.
